An 82-year-old female patient with a history of severe aortic stenosis. Physical examination revealed systolic murmur at precordium 5/6 with a maximum above the aortic valve.
Echocardiography was performed at ICU; the patient was in the supine position; she was not positioned to left lateral recumbent position during the examination:
