She has been hospitalised for pneumonia and a state after craniocerebral trauma. Suddenly she presents with new-onset atrial fibrillation 115 bpm leading to hypotension. ECG was performed – no early ischemic changes were found, QR in V1-4. A 500 ml of Ringer acetate and digoxin were administered with the temporary restoration of sinus rhythm and mean arterial pressure elevation. Suddenly, atrial fibrillation and hypotension develop again, and noradrenaline had to be administered.
