A patient with a history of CPR for acute myocardial infarction with the necessity of veno-venous ECMO and subsequent development of secondary sclerosing cholangitissclerosing cholangitis in critically ill patients (SC-CIP).

She was admitted to the ICU for a shock, hematemesis and melena. Gastroscopy revealed varices in the region of the gastric fundus.
