Following case could be named “Static lung point”. Usually, adherent lung repetitively appears and disappears at the position of the lung point – the alternating presence of adhering parietal to visceral pleura (visible as lung sliding and/or lung pulse) with phases of separation of pleural linings by air in the pleural cavity (A´-profile without lung pulse). Following case displays a situation when the lung was not ventilated, and thus, lung sliding was not visible. Nevertheless, slightly atypical lung point could be found:
